Functional cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering language preferences, region selection, or video player settings. If we deploy these in the future, they will be set only with your consent in the EU, EEA, and UK and described in detail in this section.

4.3 Analytics / Performance Cookies — Not Currently in Use

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting and reporting information anonymously or in aggregate (e.g., pages visited, time on site, referral sources). They help us improve site performance and content.

  • We will set them only with your consent in the EU, EEA, and UK.

  • We will update our Global Privacy Notice (Section 5 — Who We Share Your Data With, and the U.S. State Privacy Rights Addendum) to disclose the relevant categories of recipients and any "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We will update this section with the specific cookies, providers, data shared, and retention periods.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Currently, the only third-party cookies on our website are operational cookies set by our infrastructure providers (for example, security or content-delivery-network cookies listed in Section 4.1).

If we activate functional, analytics, or marketing categories in the future, additional third-party cookies may be introduced. They will be disclosed in the corresponding section above and subject to the consent framework described in Section 2.

6. How to Manage Cookies

6.1 Cookie Consent Banner

When non-essential cookie categories become active on our website, you will see a cookie consent banner on your first visit (and when revisiting after clearing cookies). The banner will allow you to:

  • Accept all cookies
  • Reject all non-essential cookies
  • Customize your preferences by category

You will be able to change your preferences at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in our website footer. Your preferences will be recorded for 12 months, after which we will ask again.

Until non-essential cookie categories are activated, the banner is informational and does not gate site functionality, since strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.

7. Universal Opt-Out Signals (Global Privacy Control)

Our website respects the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by law (including in California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas). When non-essential cookie categories are active, a GPC signal will be treated as an opt-out of:

  • The "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and
  • Targeted advertising and certain types of profiling.

While we currently do not engage in those activities, we already log receipt of GPC signals as part of our compliance practice.

8. Do Not Track

Our website does not currently respond to traditional Do Not Track ("DNT") browser signals because there is no agreed industry standard for how websites should interpret them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 7.

9. Personal Data Collected via Cookies

The cookies described in Section 4.1 (strictly necessary) process limited personal data, including your IP address (for security and load-balancing) and a session identifier. This data is processed under the lawful bases described in our Global Privacy Notice:

  • Performance of a contract or legitimate interests for operational cookies; and
  • Legal obligation for security-related logs where required.

If functional, analytics, or marketing cookies are activated in the future, the additional personal data they collect will be processed on the basis of your consent (for EU/UK users) or under another lawful basis where applicable. You will be able to withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in our footer.

Your rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and U.S. state privacy laws — including the rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing — are described in the Global Privacy Notice and apply to information processed via cookies.

10. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, particularly when we activate new cookie categories or change providers. The "Last Updated" date and "Version" number at the top indicate when it was last revised.

Material changes — including the activation of functional, analytics, or marketing cookies — will be communicated through a refreshed cookie consent banner that asks you to review and confirm your preferences.
